"A Day in the Life of a GPS Kindergarten Student" takes you into a GPS Kindergarten classroom. Learning expectations for kindergarten students have significantly increased. The Arizona Department of Education Kindergarten Common Core Standards for Language Arts and Mathematics are newly adopted by the Arizona Department of Education and will be implemented in the 2011-12 school year.
